At Lucky Star Construction, we believe that communication is key to a successful basement remodel. That's why we start every project with a consultation to discuss your goals, budget, and timeline. From there, we'll create a detailed plan and keep you informed every step of the way.
Custom Design
We also don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. That's why we offer design services to create a space that meets your unique needs, style and budget. We'll work with you to create a basement finishing design that reflects your personality and enhances your lifestyle.
Your Basement Starts
After the design is approved and any changes made, your project starts. You will meet the Project manager and go over any last details or concerns. Our Craftsmen will begin site prep and lay-out, and materials will start to be delivered. As each "stage" of your remodel nears completion we will do a walk-thru to make sure that it meets our standards as well as your vision.
